When you rent a product through Rentalgoods.com, you’ll need to sign a hire agreement. This will allow us to supply your chosen items almost immediately.

We’re based in Northamptonshire, Wellingborough to be exact and we currently cover whole of Northamptonshire. We’re proud to be a local company serving the local area.

Nope! We operate via our website and a small office. This allows us to keep our costs down, which means we can make our prices lower.  It also helps us process your application quicker and deliver the product to you far quicker.

We provide a wide range of high quality brands, including Samsung, LG, Sony, Apple, HP, Hotpoint, Beko, and Bosch to name but a few.

We pride ourselves on supplying the best goods at the best prices. With our Lowest Weekly Price Guarantee, if you find a like-for-like product available for rent cheaper elsewhere, we’ll match the price.

Yes! We welcome applications from everyone, whether they’re working or not, or receiving benefits. Your rental agreement will be tailored to your needs, ensuring it is affordable and meets your requirements.

That depends on what you’ve chosen and how long it takes us to approve your application. We aim to have your goods with you as quickly as possible. Often, we can deliver them as quickly as within 24 hours of your query!

Nothing. Not one penny. Delivery is always completely free.

Of course!  You can choose to pay on a weekly, fortnightly, 4-weekly, or monthly basis.

We understand that, from time to time, things happen that mean your financial circumstances will change. If this happens and you can’t afford to make your agreed payment, please get in touch with our helpful team as soon as possible. The earlier you let us know there’s a problem, the better.

Of course! As long as it’s affordable for you, you can have additional products. Just get in touch to discuss this further.

We do not provide installation service as standard. This is simply because not all products require installation and most products are easy to install therefore we do not add unnecessary charges.  Of course, we also understand that installation is sometimes necessary. Please notify our staff during the application process if you require installation and we will happily arrange this for you at a small cost, which can be spread over your regular payments.

We cover the costs of repair and replacement, as long as the problem hasn’t been caused by accidental damage or theft. Simply get in touch and we’ll take care of everything for you. We’ll get you back up and running in no time at all.
