We understand that, from time to time, things happen that mean your financial circumstances will change. If this happens and you can’t afford to make your agreed payment, please get in touch with our helpful team as soon as possible. The earlier you let us know there’s a problem, the better.
We do not provide installation service as standard. This is simply because not all products require installation and most products are easy to install therefore we do not add unnecessary charges.Of course, we also understand that installation is sometimes necessary. Please notify our staff during the application process if you require installation and we will happily arrange this for you at a small cost, which can be spread over your regular payments.
